Brief info

Arnold is an experienced Mt. Kilimanjaro guide and a native Tanzanian of the Chagga Tribe. He has always loved to travel, explore and hike. On his way to the Mountain, he started climbing Kilimanjaro as a porter and worked in different positions like camp crew, summit crew and waiter. For being humble and ability to learn, he promoted as a summit crew and then assistant guide and now a lead guide (EXPEDITION LEADER).
His mission is to ensure that clients experience a memorable and successful mountain climb or safari. One of his specialties is sharing knowledge, information and motivates to help clients prepare for their trip.
He love and enjoy his job because it is where he meet different people from different countries, with different personalities and cultures.

He studies at Teachers college of Moshi. He attended courses including guiding courses, customer care and leadership skills.

His ongoing professional training includes NOLS Wilderness First Responder course in the Netherlands two NOLS month-long wilderness training and survival course in Kenya, and Guiding School in Tanzania.
He was also trained in Martial arts, Firearms and hunting protocols

He's also member of Kilimanjaro Guides Association (KGA)

He has summited Oldonyo Lengai more than 10 time, Mount Meru more than 50 times, Mount Kilimanjaro over 380 times and one backpacking trip in Alps,France (Mont Blanc),the highest mountain in Europe.

Safety is always Arnold's number one concern, over more than seventeen years, climbers of varying ages (from 10 to 75 years of age) have successfully. His rate of 98% made it to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro.
